Inspiring Teen Strives to Change The Modeling World

18-year-old Madeline Stuart is a beautiful teenager aspiring to be a model. She is on a mission to make a change.

Ms. Madeline has Down Syndrome. But, don’t think that this holds her back from anything. She is an extremely active teen who participates in, swimming, cricket, cheerleading, and basketball just to name a few.

Madeline’s mom said in a statement to ABC,

I think it’s time people realized that people with Down syndrome can be sexy and beautiful and should be celebrated.

Her pictures are beautiful and she has the potential to do great things in the modeling industry! However, not only does she have a beautiful face, but a beautiful heart.

Her Facebook page, Madeline getting Downs to modelling shows her supporters some of her fabulous photos. In the about description on the Facebook page, it says,

Madeline would like to model, modelling will help change societies view of people with Down Syndrome, exposure will help to create acceptance in life.

Gisele Bundchen Retires from Modeling After 20 Years

The world’s highest paid model retires from the catwalk after twenty years.

After 20 years rocking the runway, 34-year-old supermodel Gisele Bündchen has confirmed rumors that she plans to retire from the runway after Brazil’s São Paulo Fashion Week.

Bündchen, who has two children with her husband, professional football player Tom Brady made the announcement via Instagram on Wednesday with an accompanying throwback photo of herself at the beginning of her career:

I am grateful that at 14, I was given the opportunity to start this journey. Today after 20 years in the industry, it is a privilege to be doing my last fashion show by choice and yet still be working in other facets of the business. #firstrunway #14yearsold

“I don’t see how to continue” modeling on the catwalk, Bündchen explained in the Folha de Sao Paulo newspaper interview, which was syndicated by Yahoo. “And stopping will leave room for other projects I have for myself. Automatically my body tells me if what I do is worth it, and it asked to stop. I respect my body, it’s a privilege to be able to stop,”

For the past 20 years, Bündchen has been a runway regular, gracing the catwalk for top designers all over the world.

According to Forbes’ 2014 Celebrity 100 list, Bündchen is the 42nd-highest-paid celebrity in the world and the highest-paid supermodel, a title she has held for the past eight years.

In 2014, the Brazilian beauty earned $47 million — $16 million more than her New England Patriots quarterback husband, Tom Brady.

Gisele Bündchen is the US face of Pantene and the face of Oral-B in Brazil. Bündchen will continue to work in print and other facets of the fashion and beauty industry.

Kylie Jenner is a very beautiful girl and the camera loves her! Not to mention, she has an amazing bone structure that is perfect for pages in any high fashion magazine. Recently she did a photo shoot with fashion photographer Marcelo Cantu and she slayed every frame. From the click of each shutter, Kylie Jenner proves that she is more than a cute face with a famous last name. Coming from a big family that’s known for being in the public eye, she has no choice but to eat up every second of the camera. Currently Kylie is receiving a lot of back lash because the public believes she was “black faced” for this type of photo. What do you think?

If you are unfamiliar with the term “Black-faced” let me break it down. Make up artists and photographers style a white model and paint his or her skin darker to represent a specific look instead of hiring a black model. This process has been done in the past and in my opinion its pointless. Why paint a white model black when you can just hire a black model? In Kylie’s pictures, she is not blacked faced. Her make up and skin tone is sun-kissed. The photographer and MUA is trying to create the illusion that her skin is illuminating. She maybe somewhat darker than her normal skin tone, but only enough to make this picture come alive. This is a very creative portrait of Kylie and shows how beautiful she really is.

Teen reality show stars Kendal and Kylie grace the cover of Marie Claire Mexico, in the magazine’s March issue. The pair are seen giving off some sex appeal in series of photos. The two girls opened up with the magazines about their desires and plans for the future. Kendall, the aspiring model, was recently featured in New York and London’s Fashion Week. She plans to continue trying to get more work in the industry in the future. “Everybody tells me I should do Ralph Lauren, Kendall said.”

Unlike her older sister, Kylie wants to take a different route in her career.”Right now I love designing and I want to pursue that career once I turn 18, but acting is something I would regret not giving a chance when I’m older, so I would love to try it and see if I like it,” Kylie said.The two have been given many opportunities, this past year.  Not only has Kendal been taking Kontrol of the runway, the two sisters have broadcasted their collection for Steve Madden and PacSun. The Keeping Up With the Kardashian stars admit to taking advantage of their stardom, to build a career.

“Sometimes we have to take a step back and realize that with the opportunities we have, we also have a lot of power to change things,” Kylie said. “Sometimes we can complain about the paparazzi and about being so public, but I think we have realized that there is just so much that we could do and that we definitely wanna pursue.” One thing that is very certain about these two, is that this is only the beginning. They are going to take over the entertainment industry by storm!

Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who’s the most beautiful sister of them all? Kendall, that’s who.  Kendall Jenner is taking the fashion world by storm and looking fabulous while doing so.

The older of the Jenner two, who is not biologically a Kardashian, is stealing the spotlight that was once formerly owned by sister Kim Kardashian.  Sure Kim was the one who opened t he door for the Kardashian world domination, but it is Kendall who is surging as reign supreme of the new generation.

With the signature dark Kardashian features, but the tall sleek build of her Olympian father, Kendall has grounds covered in all arenas.  Being represented by Wilhelmina Modeling Agency, having been photographed for Vogue magazine, walking the runway at New York Fashion Week for Marc Jacobs,  and designing her own clothing line, are just a few of Kendall’s achievements, and she just recently turned eighteen.

Kendall has expressed an interest in acting, but has also assured that college is a priority for her.  Yes, beauty does run deep in the Kardashian-Jenner bloodline.  That is apparent by looking at all of the sisters.  However, Kendall just may be that ray of sunshine that can carry the family name and fame without all the scandal.  –Lisa Persons
