Selena to Get a Hologram AND Go On Tour

It has been announced that after 20-years of the death of the Tejano music queen, Selena Quintanilla-Pérez, she will take the stage — as a hologram.

That’s right, a HOLOGRAM! Not only will the hologram, dubbed ‘Selena The One’, allow you to experience the Selena the world knew and loved, but she (it) will also go on tour and perform Selena’s old songs as well as “release new songs and videos, will collaborate with current hit artists, and aims to go on tour in 2018.”

Crazy, right? Technology has came a long way!

Selena isn’t the only deceased star to be resurrected in hologram form. Remember Tupac, whose biopic is scheduled to begin production soon, was the first and appeared for a performance at Cochella and the legend, Michael Jackson, has been turned into a hologram as well giving a performance at the Billboard Music Awards.
