“Bad Blood” singer Taylor Swift has insisted she has no plans to build a bridge between her and fellow singer Katy Perry because she “betrayed” her so badly.
Appearing to address the feud, she told Vanity Fair magazine: “I’ve trusted people before in friendships or relationships and have felt betrayed.“If you betray your friend, if you will talk about them badly behind their back, if you will try to humiliate them or talk down to them, I have no interest in having a person like that in my life.”
Meanwhile, Taylor previously revealed a few details about how the pair’s friendship turned sour. She said: “She did something so horrible. I was like, ‘Oh, we’re just straight-up enemies.’
“And it wasn’t even about a guy! It had to do with business. She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me.”
However, their friendship didn’t always used to be so bitter.
In 2009, Taylor tweeted: “Watching the Waking up in Vegas video. I love Katy Perry. I think I’m going to hang her poster on my wall now.”
With the 30-year-old star quickly replying to say: “@taylorswift13 You’re as sweet as pie! Let’s write a song together about the subject we know best… for my new record. It’ll be brilliant.”
Too bad that joint song never came to fruition. It would’ve been a certified hit! What do you think?

The claws are out and Katy Perry is taking no prisoners! Reportedly the superstar is planning to take a “jab” at Taylor Swift during her performance at the Super Bowl’s halftime show next month.
Perry wants to let fans know that she’s “the biggest female act in the world” as her and America’s Sweetheart, Taylor have been feuding recently.
Sources have reported:
“Katy is in complete rehearsal mode for her Super Bowl performance, she wants to make it feel like a complete party and something that will be remembered forever.
“She wants to make a statement with her performance and show that she is the biggest female act in the world and she wants to show that to everyone including Taylor, who she has a feud with. In Katy’s eyes, no one can compete on her level.
“Katy will be doing something on stage during her performance that will be directed towards Taylor. She is working on it to be a visual or a lyric related jab.”
Meanwhile, Katy is believe to be set on recruiting Pharrell Williams so the two can perform one of her tracks together.
“Katy is a huge fan of Pharrell and knows that having him duet with her on one of her songs during her performance will make all the difference. Her people are already in early talks with people about setting it all up. He is tempted as he knows it will be an amazing, slick, professional show.” —HollywoodLife.com
