Over the weekend Khloe Kardashian hit the town in LA and everyone wondering how they can recreate her look. The reality star posted a photo on her Instagram stating that she has a “slight fedora obsession.” Fedoras never go out of style, however it seems like everyone has gotten their hands on one ever since Beyoncé dropped her “Formation” video February 6, 2016. She was seen leaving Casa Vega in LA wearing a beige fedora hat, nude bodysuit, distressed jeans, and a pair of $375 Jennifer Le Razor Heels. The silver pumps are handmade with Austrian crystals, with silver spikes. Now if you can afford these fabulous shoes then go ahead and purchase them when they restock. However, if you are a college student and is balling on a budget, no worries because you can still get this look. Below is some similar item from different stores for an affordable price. You can purchase them items from Fashion Nova, LolaShoetique and Forever 21. Enjoy Ladies!

Kontrol Your Style: Get the Look for Less – Kendall Jenner

Kendall Jenner –  Aquazzura & Fendi

Celebrity Sightings In Los Angeles - December 17, 2014

Kendall Jenner was seen out and about in LA rocking white jeans and a flannel-esque sweatshirt.  She completed her look with nude sandals for a very laid back and everyday ready look.  If you haven’t noticed already.

Flannel has been slowly but surely making a presence in our wardrobes through shirts, bottoms and dresses alike.  Flannel can certainly be dressed down or up as Kendall shows in her latest street style look and can be paired with many garments and patterns depending on the look you are going for.  Be careful when pairing a flannel with other patterns though.  Floral and flannel will never look good together, no matter how impeccable you try to dress it up.  However, a subtle stripe and flannel can certainly look chic.

Fashion Q&A: How to Shop On a Budget

By: Porsha Deshannon

Junior Fashion Editor, KontrolMag.com

Dear Porsha,

I am a true fashionista! I often shop outside my budget and end up getting myself into trouble. My problem seems to be because I want to look nice, therefore I shop at the higher end stores instead of the budget friendly ones. What should I do? I’ve maxed out my credit cards, and even spent my tuition check last month on a $4,000 coat (I did need the coat).

-Delirious Fashionista

Hi Delirious,

LOL! Girl you are a hot mess! I totally understand your love and desire for high fashion but get it together chica! If you’re pockets say no then NO it is. First things first…you MUST take back the $4,000 coat and pay your tuition. Even if you found a way to get your tuition you still need to take that coat back and find some other non-shopping way to put that large sum of cash to good use.

I too have a love for expensive things but the trick is to find a store that you love that is also budget friendly. For example, most people wouldn’t know unless I told them but I tend to buy my work clothes from Target. Now I know what you’re thinking…just give them a chance. Target has actually come a long way in the last few years when it comes to their clothes. They are copying lots of famous designers for style inspiration and even have designer spotlights from time to time. 3.1 Phillip Lim designed a collection for Target which you can purchase now. Everything in that collection is under $150.

Now since you’re in such a desperate and DELIRIOUS place right now, I’ve put together a few looks for you all under $100 to help you during your next shopping adventure. Good luck fashionista and remember the more you save the more you can buy!
