Mona Scott-Young is back at it again with another installment of her popular reality series, Love and Hip-Hop. This time, the show that doesn’t always showcase much love or hip-hip amongst the cast members will be making its way to Houston, Texas.
Earlier in the year, it was announced that two more locations would be added to the franchise in addition to fan favorites, Love and Hip-Hop New York, Hollywood, and of course, Atlanta. The Florida cast was initially reported to include hip-hop superstars Trina and Trick Daddy, and waist trainer guru Premadonna.
Over the past few days, rumors have been swirling about LHH Houston’s new cast and many fans had a lot to say about who would be gracing their screens (again). To much surprise, reality TV veterans Meghan James and Jhonni Blaze will both appear on the shows new season.
James first appeared as a breakout star on Oxygen’s Bad Girls Club before moving on to join the cast of VH1’s Basketball Wives LA. Blaze also made a name for herself within the VH1 family as a cast member on season five of Love and Hip-Hop New York.
The new season is reportedly filming right now with the hopes of premiering sometime this summer, according to LHH Atlanta’s Stevie J.
The remaining cast members have yet to be announced but fans are anxious to find out who will be joining the show next.
