Cookie Is Heading To ‘SNL’

Ever since her appearance as Yvette in 2001’s “Baby Boy” which was directed by John Singleton, Academy Award nominee Taraji P. Henson has been winning.

According to the HuffPost, Henson has been announced as the next host for the skit comedy show, “Saturday Night Live.” She’ll be hosting on Thursday April 11 with musical guest Mumford & Sons.

Not bad at all for the “Empire” star. Co-stars Jussie Smollet has since gotten a record deal with Columbia Records and Bryshere Gray after appearing on the FOX hit show.

Damn Lee Daniels, can we get a small role? It can be one line homie.
