Every morning and night, I wash my face. This is a great way to eliminate additional oil, dirt, and most essentially those impurities that can clog your pores. Are you aware that it’s a particular way you should wash your face? Did you know it’s critical that the type of water you utilize can help with oily or dry skin? - When washing your face, make sure the soap you use is really curing all acne issues. This includes removing dirt, oil, and minimizing the appearance of blemishes. So keep it simple. Find ingredients that really treat the problem not mask it.
- When using an exfoilant, do not over scrub! This can actually remove new skin cells with the dead ones.
- If a soap irritate your skin STOP USING IT! This will only continue to harm your skin and not heal it.
- Use cold water to wash your face. I know it may seem crazy splashing your face with cold water in the morning, but washing your face with hot water can strip essential oils out of your skin. Start with cold water then work your way up to luke warm water. After, rinse with cold water to tighten your pores and keep dirt out of them.
